Tudumishe mazoezi kwa Afya zetu

Mazoezi ni muhimu kwa afya zetu.Pia ni muhimu kujoin michezo uipendayo uifanye na ucheze.Kuna soccer,football,basketball,netball,tennis nk ni muhimu kwa afya zetu.

Nakubaliana na wewe kabisa inasaidia mambo mengi na michezo sio lazima iwe hiyo mikubwa hata Bowling,pool table, checkers,karata,laser quest,etc
